Business Identity: This website and the services provided are operated by Grace Computers, a part of the Grace Group and Powertechnologies Pvt Ltd., with its registered office located at:

Purpose of Service: The purpose of our service is to provide an online platform for the sale of computer hardware and related accessories. User account creation is necessary for tracking previous purchases and simplifying order management.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.

Products and Pricing

Product Descriptions: We strive to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Third-Party Products: The products sold on our site are received from the original manufacturers (e.g., Epson). We do not manufacture these products and are not responsible for their quality, functionality, or any defects.

Order and Payments

Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase a product. Our acceptance of your order is complete only when we dispatch the product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price, or issues identified by our fraud prevention team.
Payment: We accept payments through our secure payment gateway, Razorpay, which supports various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, Net Banking, and UPI. All payments are subject to Razorpay's Terms of Service.
Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If you contact us before the order is dispatched (typically on the same day before 7 PM), we can process an immediate cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our standard return process.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Carriers: We primarily use ST Courier and may use DTDC for certain shipments.
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Domestic Shipping Only: Grace Computers only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping.

Returns and Refunds

Return Window: All physical products purchased from our store are eligible for return within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within this timeframe.
Damaged Products: If a product is damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within the 15-day return window by providing clear photos or a video of the damage. Upon verification, we will offer a full refund or a replacement. We will also compensate for the courier fee you paid for the return.
Customer Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within the 15-day window. The product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition, with all accessories and packaging intact. The shipping cost you incur to return the product will not be compensated.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Warranty and Liability

Manufacturer's Warranty Only: Grace Computers (the seller) does not provide any express or implied warranty on the products sold. All products are sold "as-is" and are covered only by the original manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer's Responsibility: The buyer acknowledges that the products are sold as received from the manufacturer. All claims related to product quality, functionality, defects, or Dead on Arrival (DOA) issues should be addressed directly to the manufacturer. Limitation of Liability: Grace Computers shall not be liable for any special, incidental, direct, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit or revenue, loss of data, or interruption of business, that result from the use of, or inability to use, the products purchased from our site.

User Accounts and Conduct

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.
