General Return Guidelines

Return Window: All physical products purchased from our store are eligible for return within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within this timeframe.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

We take great care in packaging our products, but in the rare case that your item is damaged during shipping, please follow these steps:
Document the Damage: Immediately take clear photos or a short video of the damaged product and its packaging.
Contact Us: Send the images to us via WhatsApp at 9787899440 or email us at mercy@powergrace.co.in to report the issue. Please include your order number in your message.
Initiate the Return: We will review the evidence and, if the damage is confirmed, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Receive Your Refund/Replacement: Once we receive the damaged product and verify its condition, we will offer you a choice:
A full refund of the product's purchase price, which will include the courier fee you paid for the return.
A replacement product of the same model, sent to you at no additional cost.

Cancellation & Warranty

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If you contact us before the order is dispatched (typically on the same day by 7 PM), we can process an immediate cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our standard return process.

The products sold by Grace Computers are received directly from the manufacturer. We do not provide a separate warranty on these products. Any and all claims regarding the product's functionality, quality, or defects in workmanship should be addressed directly with the product's manufacturer.
