Order Processing Time
 

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. Should there be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. This email will also include the name of the courier service handling your package.

• For ST Courier: You can track your order using the provided tracking number on their website.

• For DTDC: You can track your order on the DTDC website with the tracking number.
