Epson Printers — 1 year warranty LG Interactive Panels — 3 years warranty Epson Projectors — 1 year warranty Inks & Consumables — No warranty applicable Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) available for all products after warranty period.

Return Window — Products can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Refund Processing — Refunds are credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Damaged Product — If your item arrived damaged, photograph it immediately and WhatsApp us at 9787899440 with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Do you provide GST invoices? Yes. GST invoices are available for all orders. Add your GSTIN at checkout or WhatsApp us after ordering.

Can I place a bulk or corporate order? Yes. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your product, quantity and GST number. We will send a quote within 24 hours.

Do you offer EMI options? EMI is available on orders above ₹15,000 at checkout. For large items like projectors or interactive panels, contact us directly.

How long does delivery take? Within Madurai — 1 to 2 business days. Pan-India — 3 to 6 business days. A tracking link is sent once your order is shipped.
